Coupa Consultant

This role requires working closely with the Client and Project Manager for overall implementation and support of Coupa projects. Should be hands-on Coupa with multiple implementation experience and experience in handling customer support.  Should be a good team player having good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate should have led a minimum of 2 to 5 end to end Coupa implementation including solution design.

  • Education: BE/BTech, MCA/MTech, MSc, B.Sc/Bcom.

  • Experience: 2+ years in Coupa

  • Reports to: Project Manager/Sr Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in overall Business Requirements gathering, documentation of overall solution.
  • Coupa Configuration / Implementation and support to project team.
  • Ensure the best practices implementation based on Industry standard.
  • Experience in Procurement / Invoicing / Sourcing, Catalog Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Expense Management, business performance benchmarking.
  • Experience of Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems would be an added advantage
  • Need to be involved in Reviews, check the feasibility of the solution and functional fitment as per Coupa standards and best practices and align customer expectations, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery and support.
  • Prepare test cases of modules implemented, validate the deliverables before Client testing and UAT.
  • Follow up with Client and Support for issue resolution.
  • Documenting the resolution of issues and sharing with the internal team on an ongoing basis.
  • Interact with the key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis
  • Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices
  • Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team
  • Contribute to the training and development of the key Coupa team.
  • Support in Pre Sales, demos and estimates as an when required.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Coupa with 2+ end-to-end implementation of Coupa.
  • Good knowledge of all Procure to Pay processes and Coupa Modules with a strong understanding of business processes
  • Coupa certification preferred.
